I was introduced to Auto Niche by another customer who said it provided honest auto repair. I have most certainly found this to be true. From the get-go, Emily (the owner), Michelle at reception, and her mechanics are courteous and friendly. As a female, I did not feel intimidated by interactions with the owner and the staff. Emily, Michelle and the mechanics take the time to explain any necessary repairs and any others that could be postponed. Who doesn’t want to save some money if one can? The service that I have received has been of high quality and there hasn’t been an issue with the workmanship. I have an older model car and the repairs have kept the car on the road. Should there be an unexpected delay, as happened once due to the sudden illness of a mechanic, Emily had a rental car provided to cover the delay in the return of the car. This was good proactive customer service. There is a nice clean comfortable waiting area with free Wi-Fi, coffee and a clean washroom. It also has different things to keep the children occupied while waiting which is great for mothers. There is also a complimentary customer pick up and drop off service within boundaries. I have enjoyed using Auto Niche and would highly recommend it for its honest, friendly and professional service. Honesty in the car service industry is a desirable virtue which can be found at Auto Niche.
